In my early 20’s I followed the “Fit for Life” diet. This diet allowed only fruit for breakfast and then for lunch and dinner I was allowed a protein or a carb with veggies (you weren’t allowed to combine protein and carbs). I lost 50 pounds on this diet. Anyway, you just brought up that memory and I thought I’d share. 🙂
