Today I have a very special recipe for you, the best vegan pancakes that are refined sugar free and also gluten free!
- 1 1/2 cup quinoa flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2-3 TVs maple syrup
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until combined
- Heat a non stick pan over medium heat
- Spray it lightly with avocado oil
- Cook for 3-4 minutes over medium heat, flip and cook for another 2 minutes
- Add toppings of choice and enjoy!
